About the Role:
Provide support to students with special educational needs in a mainstream secondary school setting.
Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualized support plans.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and empathy for students with special educational needs.
Previous experience working with individuals with SEND is beneficial but not essential.
