Job Title: Science Teacher
Salary: £180-£245 per day (Based on experience)
Contract: Temp to perm
Start Date: Immediate start
Are you a committed and dedicated Science Teacher?
Are you looking for a new role in a supportive environment starting immediately?
Do you have experience in SEND/SEMH?
We at TeacherActive are working with a North London based Alternative Provision who are looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate QTS Teacher or equivalent to teach KS3/KS4 Science. This is a temporary to permanent role, therefore there is the opportunity for a permanent placement in the near future. The school are also offering extra training for the right candidate.
-Have experience as a Science Teacher and curriculum knowledge.
-Have a relevant Qualification (QTS or equivalent).
-Experience working in a SEND/SEMH educational settings.
-Are an excellent communicator and have a natural ability to work and build rapports with young people.
-Have good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding guidelines (up-to-date DBS + registered on the Update Service is desirable).
-The ability to work collaboratively as well as taking ownership of own workload.
-Great behavioural management skills.
