Description:

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a specialist school for children aged 4-16 Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It aims to provide an excellent specialist school for students with SEND, including those with neurodivergent needs.

Job Description

Key Priorities

Provide an engaging curriculum that meets National Curriculum requirements.
Deliver and maintain effective learning and teaching throughout school.
Ensure effective pastoral care and behaviour support throughout the school.
To be responsible for the day-to-day impact of own subject across the curriculum.
Willingness to demonstrate a flexible approach to the curriculum to meet school requirements.
Help organise the curriculum and its assessment and work with the SLT to monitor and evaluate it to identify areas for improvement.
