Hours: Monday – Friday

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in the classroom? An enthusiastic mainstream primary school in Basingstoke is seeking engaging and experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant to support in a variety of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 year groups.

Requirements:

UK experience as a LSA in a primary or SEND school setting is essential
A proactive and nurturing approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualifications are an advantage
A child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
Happy to support pupils from Reception – Year 6
Confident working 1:1 and in groups
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and classroom support to pupils
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Support children’s learning and social development
Help with setting up the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
