The suitable candidate should:
Have experience working with SEND & complex needs
Be a qualified teacher OR an experienced unqualified teacher, HLTA/Cover Supervisor
Have the ability to create a clear vision for the class
Have a strong track record of SEND Teaching
Be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately
Have high expectations of students and experience raising achievement
Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
