We have exciting opportunities starting in September for passionate and dedicated teachers in multiple SEND schools, both primary and secondary, supporting children with a wide range of complex learning, sensory, communication, and physical needs.

If you've recently qualified (ECT) or have strong SEND experience - and especially if you've completed a SEND specialism - we'd love to hear from you! This is your chance to start or grow your SEND journey in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Roles:

-Lead classes of pupils with complex needs across primary and secondary settings
-Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons across semi-formal and formal curriculum
-Adapt teaching strategies for pupils with autism, sensory needs, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities
-Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning
-Use assessments to track progress and set tailored learning goals
-Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment

Essential Requirements:

-QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
-Experience or training in SEND (autism, communication difficulties, SLD, PMLD)
-Knowledge of curriculum best practices for SEND pupils
-Team player with strong communication skills
-Passionate about supporting young people's development and wellbeing
