Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher with great knowledge of SEND?
Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to nurture and inspire our youngest learners with additional needs?
If so, Milestone Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Teacher to join our team!
Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Teacher you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for all students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons tailored to the needs of the children.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support the unique needs of each child.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
* Foster positive relationships with children,encouraging their social emotional and cognitive development.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other professionals to ensure a holisitic approach to child development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)
* QTS, or relevant teaching / education qualifications.
* Proven expereince working with children with SEND
* Genuine passion for supporting young children with additional needs.
Additional Details:
Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
