Coordinating and monitoring Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers.
Managing cases moving into and out of the county.
Monitoring EHCP provision and ensuring plans are implemented effectively.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and databases.
Ensuring Draft, Final and amended EHCPs are accurate and of a high standard.
Working closely with education, health, social care, finance and commissioning teams.
Supporting quality assurance and contributing to the development of SEND policies and processes.
We are looking for someone with strong EHCP/SEND casework experience, ideally within a Local Authority environment. You will need:

Experience managing an individual caseload.
Strong knowledge of EHCP statutory processes and timescales.
Experience with Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
