anzuk Education is recruiting a SEND Administrator on behalf of a college in Islington. This permanent opportunity would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing records and deadlines.

The role

Working closely with the SENDCo and senior leaders, you will help coordinate the college’s SEND administration, ensuring accurate records, timely communication and well-organised support processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating EHCP documentation and annual reviews, monitoring deadlines and supporting completion within statutory timescales.

* Maintaining the SEND register, student profiles, support plans and confidential digital records.

* Organising meetings with families, local authorities and external professionals, including preparing paperwork and taking notes.

* Supporting consultations and transitions for incoming students with EHCPs.

* Updating SEND information within the college’s management information system and preparing reports.

* Supporting exam access arrangement administration and liaising with the Exams Officer.

* Working with the finance team on high needs funding requests and providing wider administrative support to the SEND team.

About you

* Has strong administrative skills, ideally gained within an education or SEND setting.

* Is highly organised and confident managing competing priorities and deadlines.

* Communicates warmly and professionally with students, families and external agencies.

* Is comfortable using digital systems, maintaining records and working with data.

* Handles sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

* Works well independently and as part of a team.

* Shares a commitment to inclusion, student wellbeing and safeguarding.
