Position: Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)

The Role:
As our SENCO, you will:
Lead and manage the provision for pupils with special educational needs.
Develop and implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN interventions and support.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
NASENCO Award or willingness to work towards it.
Proven experience in a SENCO role or significant experience working with SEN students.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
