Part-Time SENCO Position in Wellingborough
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? A primary school in Wellingborough is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis.
Position Details:
Role: Part-Time SENCO
Location: Wellingborough
Schedule: 3 days a week (specific days to be confirmed)
Sites: Working across both an Infant and Junior site
Contract: Fixed term for one year
Start Date: September 2024Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the provision for students with special educational needs across the school
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students' educational and personal development
Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure all students receive the support they need to succeedRequirements:
Experience as a SENCO is essential
SENCO qualifications are desirable but not necessary
Strong communication and organisational skills
