Additional benefits for permanent members of staffA SENCO is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in East London.

This SENCO role will be full time and permanent.

Responsibilities for this SENCO post will include but are not limited to:

To improve SEND practices across the school community
Manage the SEND Teams and assign responsibilities accordingly
Maintain effective communication between staff, pupils and parentsThe annual salary for this SENCO position will be between £36014 to £52679 plus TLR/Leadership Scale, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

Requirements
