If you are a qualified EYFS teacher who is looking to upgrade their career to specialise in SENCO, for a part time permanent position, our expert team of consultants work with a variety of settings and will be there 24/7 to help you along with our online, easy onboarding process. The school is looking to appoint a part-time SENDCO who will bring joy, passion and expertise to the role and fully support their ethos.

The role will include:

Ensuring school policies and procedures are in line with the latest governmental SEN policies and regulations
Ensuring the school is equipped with adequate equipment and facilities for special educational needs including wheel chair access and audio visual-learning aids.
Assisting 1:1 teaching support to children with learning difficulties.
Providing referrals for children to recieve support out of hours.
We are looking for a SENCO with the following:

Level 3 or equivalent
Primary School experience in the UK
A calm, patient and caring persona
Good communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
