Are you looking for a new opportunity within education? Whether you're a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Mentor, Cover Supervisor, Teacher, or have experience supporting young people, tutoring could be the perfect next step.
We are currently recruiting for a range of 1:1 tutoring and mentoring opportunities across Dorset, Hampshire, and the wider South Coast, supporting children and young people who require alternative educational provision.
Working in partnership with Local Authorities, you'll provide tailored support to students who benefit from a more personalised approach to learning outside of a traditional classroom setting.
Locations: Dorset, Hampshire & South Coast
Hours: Flexible, part-time opportunities
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour
Start Dates: Immediate and September starts available

Who We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' experience working within an educational setting
Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Mentors, Cover Supervisors, Teachers, and other education professionals
Passionate individuals who can engage and support young people on a 1:1 basis
Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
Our Students
You'll be supporting children and young people with a variety of needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
ADHD
Anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance
Learners requiring alternative provision or additional educational support
