Description

Deliver high-quality, individualised support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum.
Regularly assess and report on pupils' progress and needs.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Engage with parents and carers to support pupils' development at home.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Adhere to organisational policies and regulations, including safeguarding procedures.
Contribute positively to the school's ethos and culture.Profile

A successful SEN Tutor should have:

Experience working with children.
Specialist knowledge and experience with autism and learning difficulties.
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

An actual salary of £22,755 - £23,868 per annum depending on experience
