We are working with a welcoming independent school in West Hampstead (NW2) that is looking for a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child who is nearly 3 years old with challenging behaviour.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment while making a real difference to a child's development and learning.
Location: West Hampstead, NW2
Start Date: ASAP (Trial Available Immediately)
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract: Part-Time, Ongoing
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: Up to £150 per day
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to a child aged almost 3 years old
* Implement positive behaviour management strategies
* Support learning, engagement, and social development
* Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child
* Work closely with teaching staff and parents where required
* Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
About You
* Previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs
* Patient, calm, and resilient approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Experience within EYFS or nursery settings is desirable
* Able to commit to Tuesdays and Thursdays
