Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant     
Location: St Austell
Salary:   £80 to £94 per day 
Start Date: Immediately   

Responsibilities: 

Assist students by providing personalised guidance and academic support.
Work with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
Foster positive social interactions and communication skills.
Behavior Support: Implement effective interventions to address behavior challenges.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills for clear interactions.
Applicants with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle will receive priority.
Demonstrated ability to be patient, empathetic, flexible, and adaptable.
