About the role

Support transitions, unstructured times and planned regulation activities.

Respond to distress using agreed approaches and seek assistance appropriately.

Experience supporting SEMH, emotional regulation or challenging behaviour.

A steady manner, sound professional boundaries and clear communication.

Willingness to reflect on practice and work consistently with the school team.

Appropriate qualifications and training for the responsibilities of the post.

Higher rates reflect substantial relevant experience and/or training, such as a recognised Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent where relevant. Pay follows school expectations and AWR, where applicable.
