We are proud to be working with several schools in Warwickshire, specifically in the area of Rugby. We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Autism Teaching Assistant to work in Rugby in some of our lovely schools with children on a 1-1 basis both inside and outside the classroom.
Your new role
Your duties as a Teaching Assistant will include supporting the teacher within the classroom, supporting pupils with their core subjects such as Maths and English, assisting students who require additional support through intervention groups, and working on a one-to-one basis with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).You will help create a warm and welcoming classroom environment with engaging displays to support learning.You will need to be able to take instruction from the class teacher whilst also working effectively on your own initiative.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant, which we are able to reference.

You must be approachable and have a calm, patient and understanding approach to working with children.
Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.What you'll get in return
