Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and support interventions.Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people, particularly those with special educational needs.
Understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges.Benefits:
