SEN Teaching Assistant - Leicester
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Rate: £100-£105 per day (DOE)
Aspire People is excited to partner with a supportive primary school in Leicester to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a September start. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a UK school setting.
The Role:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Support pupils with SEN to access learning and develop key skills.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Experience working in a UK school, ideally supporting pupils with SEN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and dedication to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
Commitment to working full-time, Monday to Friday.
