SEN Teaching Assistants - Temp to Perm
Location: Oxford - OX2, OX3 & OX4
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Salary: Competitive
Start Date: ASAP
Positions: 5

We're looking for 5 caring, enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEN schools across Oxford.

Previous SEN experience is not essential! We're keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills, including:

Psychology graduates and graduates interested in SEN/education

Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants or Youth Workers

Support Workers, Care Workers or Healthcare Assistants

Nursery/Early Years Practitioners

Behaviour Support Workers or Mentors

Sports Coaches or Activity Leaders

Tutors or Classroom Volunteers

Parents/carers with relevant experience

Candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail or other people-focused roles

We're looking for people who are patient, compassionate, reliable and confident working with children and young people, with a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.

Experience with SEN, autism, ADHD, complex needs or challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential.

You must be available to start ASAP and be able to successfully complete the required safeguarding and vetting checks.
