We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development.
Support children's communication, language, physical, social and emotional development.
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic.
Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
