Salary: £95 - £110 per day
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Bexley or Greenwich? We are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Bank Staff to support a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools and provisions across the local area.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop essential life skills and reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities may include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
*
Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and other additional needs.
*
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
*
Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.
*
Supporting pupils with personal care where required.
*
Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
*
A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
*
The ability to work flexibly across different schools and provisions.
*
A willingness to undertake relevant safeguarding and compliance checks.
Experience supporting pupils with complex needs are advantageous, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for SEN.
