About Us:
We are dedicated schools in Dudley committed to supporting students with severe needs, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:
* Support students with severe needs, PMLD, SLD, and ASD in both group and one-on-one settings.
* Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.
* Provide personal care support as needed.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
* Experience with severe needs, PMLD, SLD, and ASD.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for special education.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexible and proactive approach.
