The Role

* Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups

* Help students access learning in ways that suit their individual needs

* Encourage independence, communication, and life skills

* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

* Assist with sensory routines and structured transitions

* Provide personal care where required (full training provided)

* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support teams

This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll build meaningful relationships and see real progress.

Who This Role Would Suit

You don’t need previous school experience.

However, you do need:
