Pay: £130 per day

One of our partner schools is a specialist setting supporting children and young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and additional complex needs. About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to provide high-quality support both in and out of the classroom. You'll help deliver personalised learning, encourage independence and build positive relationships that allow every pupil to reach their full potential.

No two days are ever the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a genuine difference.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with Autism, SLD, PMLD and additional complex needs.
Providing 1:1 and small group support throughout the school day.
Assisting with personalised learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Promoting communication, independence and emotional wellbeing.
Supporting with personal care where required, always maintaining dignity and respect.
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Creating a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
