As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Hememl Hempstead , you will work closely with pupils in the classroom and through individual support sessions, helping them feel safe, confident, and fully engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other additional learning needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence.

Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting.
