Are you an SEND Teaching Assistant who lives in or around the Bromley area, who is passionate about helping children with ASD live their best school lives?

We are working with a vibrant ASD school in Bromley who are looking for people who are enthusiastic about supporting the fantastic learning and behaviour of children with Autism. If you match this description, then this could be the perfect role for you!

For this SEND Teaching Assistant role, you will be:

Supporting students with ASD on either a 1:1 or small group basis.
Providing support to the class teacher and rest of team.
Implementing different strategies to cater for diverse learning abilities and challenging behaviours.
Helping to create a safe and encouraging learning environment.
Interacting with colleagues positively.
You'd be working Monday to Friday, long-term, from 8.30am to 3.30pm in a school who seek to put smiles on the faces of their students and staff daily!

Easily accessible for anyone within 10 miles of the school based in Bromley as there is parking on surrounding roads of the school and bus and train stops nearby.

The school is dedicated to developing the career of their staff, by providing lots of training opportunities for you to deepen your knowledge/ acquire new skills which include:

CPD courses
First Aid training and other relevant SEND and ASD training
Extra responsibilities to support class teachers
