We're currently supporting welcoming schools across Peterborough and Huntingdon who are looking for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support for pupils with additional needs.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, celebrating small wins and helping children feel safe, supported and understood within education.
No two days are ever the same, but the impact you make can last a lifetime.
Your role may include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support
Supporting pupils with SEN needs including autism, ADHD and communication difficulties
Helping children stay engaged and confident within lessons
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
We're looking for:
Experience supporting children or young people
SEN experience within schools or care settings is desirable
A patient, calm and nurturing approach
Strong communication skills
Someone genuinely passionate about supporting children
