Whether you have previous SEN experience or have worked in care, support work, youth work, or education, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and personalised lessons.

* Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social development.

* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

* Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.

* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

Requirements

* A caring, patient, and positive attitude.

* Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* A willingness to learn and support students with a range of additional needs.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

* Right to work in the UK.
