A supportive and inclusive primary school in Southall is seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026, on a long-term basis.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Support children with a range of SEN, including autism, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
Deliver targeted interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and communication
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement support strategies
Help pupils stay engaged and access the curriculum
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staffThis role requires patience, consistency, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
