Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Leicester (LE2 & LE5)
Job Type: Temporary / Full-Time / Part-Time hours
Salary: £83.85 - £90 Per day
Job Duties:
Engage with and support SEN Primary school students with their learning and development on a classroom and 1:2:1 basis.
Support SEN students across Key Stages 1 & 2 with their educational needs.
Creating a stimulating atmosphere for students with special educational needs i.e. Autism, ADHD.
Adhere to children's physical, social, and emotional welfare.
Dedicated to making a positive impact and change in children's lives.
Working alongside the class Teacher.
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (C or equivalent) in English and Maths
Valid DBS check (Enhanced for Children)
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of SEN and Safeguarding Children.
Understanding of educational practises and strategies.
Experience working in SEN environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
