About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver engaging, personalised learning.
Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
Celebrate every achievement and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient and genuinely passionate about supporting children with SEN.
Positive, resilient and able to build strong relationships.
A confident team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexible and proactive in their approach to supporting pupils.
Experienced in education, care or support work (desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided).
