We are looking for an outstanding SEN TA in the Knutsford, Alderley Edge and Wilmslow Areas!
* 5 days a week
* £400- £450 (depending on experience)
* Full Time role starting September
* Experience with SEND (essential)
Premier Education are supporting a lovely school in the Knutsford and surrounding areas to find an SEN TA. We are looking for an outstanding teaching assistant who has experience working with children with SEND / SEMH needs.
The role will involve working with a children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and are working on a personalised curriculum. The children require continuous support and the teaching assistant must be comfortable working with the children on a personalised curriculum.
The main aspects of the role are:
* To provide support and guidance to the pupil by removing barriers to learning
* To support and facilitate change and transition
* To be a consistent support to avoid any further disruption
* To be an active participant in supporting the timetable in all it's different contexts
Ideal Candidates will:
* Have experience supporting learners in an provision setting
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND would be highly advantageous
* Confident with following a personalised curriculum
* Be resilient, dedicated and reliable
