Description:

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for teaching assistants and higher-level teaching assistants to work in Special Educational Needs schools across the Birmingham area.  

Competitive pay rates £93 - £98 per day depending on experience/qualifications 

Full time and day-day roles available 

Working hours - 8:30am - 3:30pm

1:1 support and classroom-based learning. 

Roles starting September 

Prior experience preferred but not essential 

Candidates encouraged to apply: 

Teaching Assistants with school/education based experience  

Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants 

University Graduates  

Sports Coaches 

Support workers/care workers  

Aspiring Teachers 

As part of safer recruitment guidelines, all applicants will subject to standard vetting checks: 

2 employment references  

An enhanced DBS check on the update service  

Applicants who have lived outside the UK for 6 months or more in the last 5 years will be required to present an Overseas Criminal Check (police check)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
