Teaching Personnel is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school community in Newton Abbot, Devon. This full-time, permanent position is set to commence in September 2024, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support and assistance to students with SEN, ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met.
Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles.
Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes student confidence and learning.
Support the development of students' social skills and emotional well-being.
