Committed to providing quality education and support to all their students, they are currently seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join their dedicated team on a fixed term contract basis.

Role Overview:
As a SEN TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs within their school community. Working closely with their teaching staff and SENCO, you will provide tailored assistance and guidance to ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for students with special educational needs.

* Provide one-on-one support to students, both inside and outside the classroom environment.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development of students.

* Monitor and track the progress of students, providing regular feedback to teaching staff and SENCO.

* Uphold safeguarding and welfare policies to ensure the well-being of all students at all times.

Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting.

* Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students with SEN.
