SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Streatham, Lambeth | £95-£115 per day | Start date: Monday 5 October 2026
REESON Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Streatham, Lambeth, who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from Monday 5 October.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with additional needs who is passionate about helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs.
Support learning, engagement and development across the primary age range.
Help pupils manage behaviour and emotional regulation, adapting your approach to their individual needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEND team to deliver tailored support.
Promote independence, confidence and positive relationships within the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children with SEN in a primary or specialist setting.
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
Confident supporting pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
