Pay: £90-£100 per day
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)

Are you a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Westminster, Victoria, from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting a Year 1 pupil with complex additional needs within a specialist SEND unit.
The SEND unit is a small, nurturing classroom led by an experienced Teaching Assistant, who oversees the planning and day-to-day running of the provision. You will work closely with the team to provide consistent, high-quality support tailored to the pupil's individual needs.

Year 1
High-needs ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Non-verbal
Highly sensory seeking
Very active and always on the go
Requires a calm, patient, and proactive adult who can build a positive and trusting relationship
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 1 year of experience working within EYFS or KS1
Previous experience supporting children with Autism and complex SEND
A nurturing, resilient, and positive approach
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
