Coba Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated supply team, supporting a range of schools across Northamptonshire.
The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Coba Education, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of schools, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).
You may be:

Providing 1:1 support for students with EHCPs
*
Assisting with small group interventions
*
Supporting class teachers in adapting materials and activities
*
Helping pupils to develop confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or community settings)
*
A calm, patient, and adaptable nature
*
A genuine desire to help young people reach their full potential
*
Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
