Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, including personal care tasks.
Assisting teaching staff in implementing education plans and behavioural interventions.
Facilitating classroom activities and supporting students in their learning journey.
Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative and supportive environment.Qualifications SEN Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with special needs preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in caregiving or education are advantageous but not essential
6 Months Minimum working within the care sector
