Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
The Supply Register is recruiting SEND TAs to join our growing network of support staff across the Nottingham area, with immediate opportunities available.
We are working in partnership with Greenwood Academies Trust and LEAD Academy Trust offering a range of opportunities from day-to-day supply to long-term support roles.
We’re looking for Teaching Assistants who:
Have previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) or relevant hands-on experience
Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to student support
Can assist with differentiated learning activities and support individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and a calm demeanour in challenging situations
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and SENCOs to support student progress
