Daily Rate: £100-£117 per day
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Supply Opportunities

The Role
Remedy Education is currently recruiting passionate, caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across schools in North London.
We have a range of opportunities available for candidates looking for full-time positions, part-time hours or flexible supply work. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to support children and young people with special educational needs and help them thrive both academically and personally.
We are looking for patient, proactive and enthusiastic individuals who can provide tailored support, encourage independence and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.
Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.
Encouraging positive behaviour, communication and social interaction.
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and emotional regulation.
Adapting support to meet individual learning needs.
Maintaining a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
Experience supporting pupils with SEN is an advantage.
A patient, empathetic and understanding approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to adapt to different school environments and pupil needs.
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
