SEN Teaching Assistant - Enfield
£100-£117 per day | Long-Term Opportunity
Remedy Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Enfield on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them develop their confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs
Supporting students with their learning, development and daily activities
Helping pupils manage their emotions and regulate their behaviour
Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with teachers and other support staff to meet individual needs
Encouraging pupils to build confidence, communication and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEN
Is patient, caring, resilient and adaptable
Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Is confident supporting behavioural and emotional needs
Has a genuine passion for helping every pupil reach their potential
