Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Sutton.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development.
Help create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
