Are you caring, patient and passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting Level 1 Teaching Assistants for full-time positions at a SEN school in Scunthorpe.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide pupils with the support they need to thrive. You will help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment, encouraging pupils to develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils with special educational needs throughout the school day.
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks.
Encouraging communication, social interaction and independence.
Providing individual support in line with pupils' needs.
Helping maintain a safe, positive and supportive learning environment.
Working as part of a team to ensure every pupil receives the best possible support.
What We're Looking For
