Job Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant:

Encourage independence and self-confidence in students with SEN, helping them achieve their full potential
Job requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant
Must have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant with children with SEN is essential for you to be considered for this role
Strong understanding of various SEN conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff
Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students
