Duration: Long Term
Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
About the Role:
Full-time, long-term positions
Supporting various aspects of education (all classroom based), including 1:1 and group learning
Working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (4 to 11 years old) who have a range of additional learning needs
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people, preferably with SEN
Excellent behaviour management skills
A calm, patient manner and adaptability in fast-changing environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the update service
Responsibilities Include:
Providing support to pupils to achieve learning objectives
Assisting class teachers with curriculum support
Building productive relationships with pupils and setting high expectations
Monitoring and evaluating pupil progress
Supporting staff in managing pupil behaviour and attending training courses as required
