Support Children and Young People to Thrive in Specialist Education
We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist SEN school in Farnborough, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), complex learning needs, and medical needs.

Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff, you will play an important role in helping pupils access education, build independence, develop communication skills, and experience success in school.
The Role
You will:
Support pupils in the classroom and throughout the school day
Help children access learning through personalised approaches
Encourage communication, confidence, and independence
Support pupils with sensory, physical, medical, and learning needs
Work closely with teaching and multidisciplinary teams
Promote a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment
